Meeting some fascinating individuals with incredible experiences to share. Thus far we’ve met two “Mustangs”, had our First Lady Veteran (Coast Guard) who had a really funny story to tell about how she met her husband; a proud Marine Officer who fought in the storied battle of Hue City, South Vietnam during the Tet Offensive in January 1968; a Veteran of a Graves Registration unit (what you never hear about – the aftermath of war) who arrived to clean up after the first big battle in the Ira Drang Valley with the NVA in 1965 which was made into a feature film “We Were Soldiers” with Mel Gibson. So stay tuned – much more on the way!!!
