Serendipity Happens!!!

Fresh from THE MARSCHER LORDS:Brotherhood or Death Promo Video Shoot, our very own R. E. Wilhelm III is off later this week to shoot Barker Daniels, a family saga directed by Mike “Moose” Moutsatsos & produced by Fred Durst (formerly of Limp Bizkit) & Mark W. Curran‘s signature feature Abandoned Dead. Lenser Extraordinaire David Hansen-Sturm is finishing up some projects this week to get into the editing booth to hammer out THE MARSCHER LORDS: Brotherhood or Death Promo Video. There’s also been movement on the scoring front for both THE MARSCHER LORDS:Brotherhood or Death Promo Video as well as the film itself – Serendipity Happens: talks are initial at this point, but there is a major recording artist, a graduate of the famed Juilliard School of Music in New York City and a veteran of performances both with the London Symphony Orchestra & Slovak National Orchestra, personally invited by the esteemed Andrea Bocelli to perform with him personally, who has expressed interest in coming on-board the projects as a composer. Along with the seasoned veteran & Academy Award-nominated & Emmy Award-winning Production Team already assembled, THE MARSCHER LORDS:Brotherhood or Death is moving into a whole new realm. This kind of thing just doesn’t happen everyday. We are very fortunate, very thankful, & will keep you apprised as things develop. Credit must go out to CFO Ruby Emerald Diamond & her husband Bill Muranaka for this stunning turn of events!!! Thank you both!!! And again special thanks go out again to Adela Taylor for all her hard work & diligence in facilitating everything!!! Abandoned Dead psoterAbandoned Dead poster

Veteran actress Judith O’Deabest known for her role as ‘Barbra Hamilton’ in the groundbreaking 1968 George Romero classic Night of the Living Dead has just signed on to do Mark W. Curran’s signature film Abandoned Dead!!! An actress with such a pedigree will no doubt bring a large cache of fans to this project as does Lance Henriksen in the upcoming Harbinger Down (see below)!!! Very much looking forward to working with you, Ms. O’Dea!! Welcome Aboard!!!

A special shout-out goes to @nickbelial who gaves us a ‘head’s up” on the above & was gracious enough to include this news in The Still Photographer Times, where he covers photography, Indie Films, Arts & Entertainment News. From the Dept of Edwin Rocks!!!: More news on the Harbinger Down front: the film’s trailer is now up on IMDB. Cki it out!!! Looking great!!! Congrats to all involved & especially to Director Alec Gillis (who comes by his expertise via the Stan Winston Studio as heretofore noted) & our very own Edwin H Bravo!!! See a fascinating interview here with Academy Award-nominated Director Alec Gillis where he takes you on the journey of how/where/& why he became such a devotee of this type of genre. Fascinating insight & this is a real watershed moment apparently, “as it has been Gillis‘ lifelong dream to direct his own monster movie & with Harbinger Down, he finally got the chance!”  Is there nothing better than finally seeing dreams come alive? – Especially in this town! Isn’t it dreams that keep us going? That keep us alive?-Putting that one foot in front of the other despite setbacks/hardship/failure? Hats off to Director Gillis for realizing the dream & for everyone involved in the production who helped make it a reality!!!
