On the feature film front there has been a lot of delays & stumbling due to the covid pandemic. The fallout from that whole thing really was immense & the industry – even today – is still not back to normal. Covid threw everything up into the air but finally we’re back on firm ground. First up is a fascinating World War II actioner, “The Prussian” (formerly “Scorched Earth: The Other Side of World War II“) . This is the type of film that is quintessentially independent; set on the Russian Front it’s a battle of wills between a Prussian aristocrat officer & the leader of an SS Special Action Squad over the lives of some Ukrainian prisoners. The script is nothing short of stellar, given a final polish by Reneé Logan who came highly recommended by the Director Christian Pichler. She is one terrific writer & understands that the key to a stellar movie experience is a riveting story that’s solid & engages the viewer’s emotions on several levels. The Pitch Deck was compiled by our acting UPM/LP Eric Pereira & is outstanding and interest is building. Locations have already been scouted & secured. Working on securing production capital now.

Stay tuned – more on the way!!!
